Welcome!

 Welcome to my new blog!  The idea for Teatime Scientist came from my family and friends that think I travel and do so many things that they cannot keep up with where I am and what I am doing at times.  This is a place that I can post some updates along the way and include photos too, all from my newest tool, my IPad.  This year includes a lot of traveling as I continue on my PhD journey and I have some exciting trips coming up as I collect data and information for my research.  The name for this blog comes from my other love, a good cup of tea, and I like to think that you may well be reading this with a good cup of tea yourself, and perhaps even a biscuit too.
